Lovers of everything vintage rejoice! The 27th edition of the Vintage Clothing Sale returns to the Fairmont Chateau Laurier on Sunday November 6th, 2011. For one day only, from 10 am to 5 pm, 45 exhibitors from across Canada will be selling their hand-picked selection of men’s and women’s clothing from the 1900s to the 1970s, accessories, antique jewellery, linens, lace and collectibles. Chatting to one of the vintage jewelry vendors and I said how I wished that they held
these Vintage Affairs more often in Ottawa vs one annually, he said he’d love to see one
held in the Spring, with a focus on Spring fashion. He mentioned that they have a Spring Vintage in Toronto and it’s a huge success. I was wanting to give this feedback to Penelope Whitmore the organizer.
